BROKERS COMMENTS 

GRANDEE has been in the same ownership for the last 7 years and has been well maintained; painted and varnished on a regular basis. She underwent a full hull repaint, antifoul and anode renewal in May 2008 and is a well presented classic cruiser at home in any waters. She has been sailed in Scotland, River Thames and now on the East Coast of England. She comes with a recent new engine, full paint and varnish and is ready to go. She is remarkably economical at circa 3 gallons of diesel per hour. 


CONSTRUCTION AND FINISH 

Built in 1970 from mahogany planks she has white hull with varnished saloon and teak coach roof. The entire upper deck and fly bridge was rebuilt and top deck re caulked 2004 


ACCOMMODATION AND DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT 

- Generous cockpit with teak deck and full canopy via ladder to flybridge
- Fly bridge large deck area ideal for alfresco dining or sun bathing
- Dual instrumentation and bench seating
- Large opening doors from cockpit to saloon

- Main saloon helm position with full instrumentation to starboard
- Settee makes into a pull out double berth
- Dining area seating converts to double berth
- Galley opposite
- Plastimo 3000 gas cooker, refrigerator, and stainless steel sink hot and cold water
