BROKERS COMMENTS
GRANDEE has been in the same ownership for the last 7 years and has been well maintained; painted and varnished on a regular basis. She underwent a full hull repaint, antifoul and anode renewal in May 2008 and is a well presented classic cruiser at home in any waters. She has been sailed in Scotland, River Thames and now on the East Coast of England. She comes with a recent new engine, full paint and varnish and is ready to go. She is remarkably economical at circa 3 gallons of diesel per hour.
